Conditions of Booking

Travel Insurance

Although it is not a requirement, it is recommended that you take out Travel Insurance Cover, you never know what's around the corner, Should something happen and you sustained an injury whilst on holiday the Agent( Caravans at Reighton Sands ) cannot and will not accept any Liability whatsoever.

Please read the terms set out below prior to booking.

There are certain conditions set to regulate bookings, some are set by us but most are set by the park operators "Bourne Leisure" (Trading as Haven Holidays). These are listed below, in these conditions; The park operator will be referred to as "Haven". Caravans at Reighton Sands will be referred to as “The Agent” and the customer is referred to as "Client".

Bookings are only accepted by the Agent upon the receipt of a completed and Booking Form and the appropriate deposit/payment having been received. The deposits required to secure bookings are listed below.

 

a

£50.00 per week booked prior to 6 weeks before Start date

 

b

50% of the total cost if booked between 6 and 2 weeks prior to Start date

 

c

Payment in full if booked within 2 weeks of start date

Bookings can not be accepted from:

 

a

Persons under the age of 18 unless a verified parent accepts full responsibility

 

 

b

Parties of a single sex (i.e. all male, all female)

All deposits are non refundable and a bond of £75.00 is required for bookings under section 2a this will be returned upon departure providing no damage has been caused to the holiday accommodation.

Once the booking has been accepted by the Agent. The Client will be notified with a date the balance payment must be paid by normally 28 days before arrival on site. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in holiday being deemed as cancelled with the loss of all monies paid (a demand for the full balance may be sent if the holiday can not be re booked)

If you have to cancel your holiday for any reason, you must contact us in writing:

 

a

If a holiday is cancelled prior to 4 weeks before start date, all monies received by us from you will be refunded with the exception of your deposit. This deposit will be held as a credit for 12 months as deposit for another holiday at a later date.

 

b

If a holiday is cancelled between 4 and 2 weeks before start date, 50% of all monies received by us from you will be refunded, this deposit will be held as a credit for 12 months as deposit for another holiday at a later date. (Providing this does not leave the balance held at less than £50.00.)

 

c

If a holiday is cancelled less than 2 weeks before start date, no refund will be made unless the holiday can be rebooked. If the holiday can be rebooked a refund will be made less the initial deposit, less any discount offered in order to rebook the holiday.

Persons staying with you during your Holiday

 

a

No person other than those listed on the booking form are allowed to stay overnight in the caravan.

 

b

The maximum occupancy of the caravan as stated by the caravan manufacturer must not be exceeded.

 

c

Remember this is a Family Holiday Park, Haven will not tolerate Antisocial behaviour

 

Any breech of conditions 6a, 6b or 6c and your holiday could be terminated immediately and you could be removed from the park, and possibly liable to prosecution.

The Client will be asked to provide a security deposit if deemed necessary by Caravans at Reighton Sands

 

a

The Client is responsible for the Caravan and its contents during the period of his/her stay

 

b

The Client is responsible for any damage to or loss from the caravan during the period of his/her stay. And will be charged for any damage to or loss from the caravan during this period failure to pay the charge will result in loss of security bond if paid and prosecution.

 

c

The Client is responsible for the actions of all those named on the booking form during his/her stay

 

d

The client will not be responsible for breakdown due to normal wear and tear or age.

We welcome well-trained dogs in selected accommodation but reserve the right to refuse certain breeds. We charge £30 per dog per week and £15 per dog per short break, a discount is available for clients bringing more than one dog with a preference to a maximum of two dogs per booking. Please ensure your dog wears a collar and identity tag, and is on a lead under the control of a responsible adult at all times. We accept dogs in Caravans stated on our web site or in our brochures only. We reserve the right to require the owner of any dog or pet considered a nuisance, or to be affecting the comfort of guests, to remove it from the park.
Where your dog can’t go: Dogs and other pets are not allowed entry to Park facilities, Children’s play areas, beer garden, restaurants, food servery and swimming pool areas.

Other pets: these may be permitted at the discretion of the Agent (Caravans at Reighton Sands).
